We ship Monday through Friday but our frozen shipments can’t be in transit over the weekend so we are not able to deliver your package on a Sunday, Monday or a holiday. We do not ship outside of the United States.
We pack our frozen products in a cooler within a shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents frozen into the evening of the delivery date. We recommend tracking your delivery, making sure someone is present upon or close to delivery timeframe, and opening the package immediately upon arrival and to put ice cream in the freezer. Always use gloves when handling dry ice. Fact: the temperature inside that box is about negative 110 degrees F which is colder than a typical freezer by 100 degrees. This means your product should arrive very hard and should sit out on a counter or table top and let them rest for 10 minutes or until you can just slightly squeeze the pints.

We will leave all packages at the destination without signature which will insure that your product will not melt due to multiple delivery attempts.

When the shipping label is created you will receive an email with your tracking number.
The Frozen Farmer is not responsible for damage or loss of product due to unavailable recipient or incorrect address information, or theft. We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once the package has shipped. Please ensure your recipient will be in town on the arrival day. We are not liable for packages thawing if they are not opened within 4 hours of confirmed delivery.
Your package will be shipped within 5 – 10 business days (or less) from the day we receive your order. Orders received with longer transit locations than shipping days left in the week will be held for shipment the following Monday. Using Standard shipping, your package will arrive Tuesday through Friday and Saturday if possible.
To guarantee delivery we must have the complete and correct address. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O addresses due the highly perishable nature of some of our products.
